Have you had a panic attack or nervous breakdown symptoms of even an anxiety attack? Most people do not know how frightening this can be. I had a panic attack at one time when I was attempting to check my bag to go on a trip to New York. All of a sudden, I felt this hot flush and nausea coming on. It was a scary experience. I felt like I was going to pass out in the crowd of people. I had to quickly find somewhere to sit down until it passed. It is quite embarrassing because you don’t know when it is going happen to you. So you are never prepared.
Below are some of the signs symptoms of panic attack, anxiety disorder and nervous breakdown:
o Feeling dizzy and panicky
o Have a tight feeling in your throat and shortness of breath in your chest
o Your heart racing considerably
o Hot flushes that have nothing to do with menopause, but comes with a wave of anxiety
o Feeling exceptionally worried and obsessed with the worry
o Disconnected with what is going on around you
o A great fear of your anxiety that you feel that you are going over the edge with it.
o Always feeling nervous and jittery.
These symptoms are the cause of nervous breakdown and panic attacks causes. However, you don’t have to suffer any longer from one more episode of panic attack, nervous breakdown or anxiety attack.
Let me explain why.
There are many people who find that they are going through one or more of these disorders and looking for solutions and treatments seem to be futile until they come across information that does not need any medication. Of course, they are sometimes skeptical because of searching for so long with any results.
There is a popular technique used today that does not require you to take any medication for panic attack, physical symptoms of anxiety and stress or panic attacks causes.
